Ok so I just had the scariest experience of my life. I was IMing my friend and she was telling me that she didn't deserve to live and then she left with no explanation. About an hour and a half later she texted me and I was telling her how relieved I was and all that and she asked what I thought had happened and I said that I didn't know that I thought she was suicidal. Her answer is what still scares me. She said "I still am...."

She's one of my best friends in the entire world and I have no idea what I should do. There were like fifty people freaking out over her and she still thinks she's worthless. I wanna do something to show her that she isn't but I don't know what to do.


Any ideas?
